Kagans learning structures – How many times this year will you use paired students to work together and assess and develop their learning?  As well as pairs there are huge numbers of small group activities that allow students to develop cooperative structures and this improve their motivation, understanding and results through active team work in your lessons.  You may have been using these for years, who knew Kagan had branded them?
