Metacognition – Making observable improvements to a learner’s ability to process and problem solve is an essential part of teaching and they be gained through engagement in a variety of sources and activities.  Becoming more aware of methods of increasing your understanding and knowledge works for every age and stage of schooling but it particularly enhances KS5 teaching and learning in readiness for undergraduate endeavors.
